The Robert Carr Fund is the world's leading international fund focused on funding regional and global networks led by and involving and serving inadequately served populations (ISPs). Launched at the 2012 AIDS Conference the Robert Carr Fund is now celebrating 10 years of supporting Global and Regional networks in the HIV response. This event will showcase 10 years of investnment in Global and Regional networks, it will reflect on the legacy of the Fund and will highlight the critical role the networks have played in the response to date as well as to new challenges faced by the movement.
