This 60-minute symposium during the AIDS 2022 Conference is intended to showcase how innovation and resilience will help us to meet the challenges that lie ahead in ending the global HIV epidemic. This story-driven program will begin with a presentation that will highlight the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global efforts to end the HIV epidemic, emphasizing the ongoing exclusion of the most vulnerable people. The presentation will showcase Gilead's involvement in two/three innovative and creative community-led initiatives that are helping to achieve health equity by improving access to HIV education, prevention and treatment services, and reducing stigma and discrimination.
