The evidence-based community-led Undetectable=Untransmittable (U=U) message is transforming the social, sexual, and reproductive lives of people living with HIV across the globe. Research also shows that U=U education accelerates progress toward each of the 95-95-95 targets to end the epidemic. Yet widespread knowledge and growing acceptance of U=U in the field obscures the reality that there are still gaps in U=U comprehension and communication in clinical and public health practice, and U=U is not yet being widely used in advocacy to remove barriers to HIV treatment and care. This interactive session will teach health professionals, advocates, and community members how to communicate U=U and overcome common challenges to implementation based on best practices from around the world.
